Refund Policy

1. Booking Cancellations

✅ Full Refund

Cancellations made 2 or more hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

⚠️ Partial or No Refund

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before check-in may not be eligible for a refund at the host's discretion.

❌ No Refund

No-shows (failure to arrive without cancellation) are not eligible for refunds.

2. Membership Cancellations

  • Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period.
  • Founding Member lifetime plans are non-refundable after 14 days of purchase.

3. Host Cancellations

If a host cancels a confirmed booking:

  • The driver receives a full refund automatically
  • Park-N-Lot will assist the driver in finding alternative parking
  • Repeated host cancellations may result in account suspension

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside of the standard policy:

  • Disputes must be filed within 48 hours of the booking end time
  • Contact support at admin@park-n-lot.com with your booking ID and description of the issue
  • Our team will review the dispute and respond within 3 business days
  • Approved dispute refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

5. Refund Processing

All refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method. Processing times:

  • Credit/debit cards: 3–5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5–7 business days
  • Parking credits: Applied immediately to your account
